Shipping Policy

Pixel Dental Supply ships orders within the United States using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the delivery address. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders with a merchandise total of $45 or more, after discounts are applied and before tax. Free shipping applies to one shipping address per order and is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same day or within two business days, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will ship by the following Monday or Tuesday. Our facility is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is provided through FedEx or UPS 2-Day Service. This service is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Orders containing alcohol-based products, including dangerous chemicals or pressurized sprays are not eligible for expedited shipping due to carrier restrictions.

P.O. Box & Shipping Exclusions

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses within the continental United States are delivered via standard shipping only, with estimated delivery times of five to eight business days. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Pixel Dental Supply does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the total order amount,
including shipping charges.


Replacement & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Products that are deemed defective which are part of the extended 30 day return period which be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition, has been damaged or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges / Replacements

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact [email protected]. Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
