PixelConcierge™ – Terms of Service & Authorization

1. Service Scope

PixelConcierge™ is a sourcing assistance service. Pixel Dental Supply will make reasonable efforts to locate requested
items through its inventory and supplier network; however, availability is not guaranteed.

2. Deadline Acknowledgment

You may provide a preferred delivery deadline. This deadline is a target, not a guarantee.
If we determine that your deadline cannot be met due to item availability, supplier delays, internal processing,
or carrier transit times, you will be notified before any charges are made.

3. Authorization to Charge

By submitting your request, you authorize Pixel Dental Supply to add successfully sourced items to your cart and
charge the payment method on file only for items that are confirmed and shipped.
Orders may ship immediately once confirmed.

4. Partial Fulfillment

• Available items may ship even if other requested items are unavailable.
• You will be charged only for items that ship.
• Unavailable items will be clearly communicated.

5. Substitutions

Substitutions will only be made based on the option you select during submission:

• Same brand only
• Equivalent alternative allowed
• No substitutions

6. Cancellation

Requests may be canceled prior to order confirmation. Once items are confirmed and shipped,
standard return policies apply.

7. No Obligation Clause

If no requested items can be sourced, no charges will be made and the request will be closed without obligation.
